Terms of service

These terms govern access to the BoostAI ecommerce analytics service. They should be reviewed with counsel and completed with the operator's legal entity details before public launch.

Service and account

You must provide accurate account information, protect access credentials and have authority to connect each store. BoostAI provides analytics and recommendations; merchants remain responsible for pricing, inventory, marketing and other business decisions.

Subscriptions

For Shopify merchants, plans, trials, renewals, upgrades, downgrades and cancellations are administered through Shopify App Pricing and appear on the merchant's Shopify invoice. Stripe may be used only for supported non-Shopify services and is never presented as an external checkout for Shopify app charges.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, misuse customer personal data, circumvent plan limits or use the service in violation of applicable law or platform rules.

Availability and liability

Forecasts and recommendations are estimates based on synchronized data and are not guarantees of revenue or profit. Service availability can depend on Shopify, Stripe, Clerk, hosting and database providers. To the extent permitted by law, BoostAI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from merchant decisions.
